Program Description:

This program is a behind the wheel only course and is designed for students who already possess a California CDL permit and have little to no experience behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle. Each course consists of lab, range and on the road experience to ensure the best possible training. Choose day or evening classes which offer flexibility for a demanding schedule – all with small class sizes and hands-on training to provide a quality learning experience. This program focuses specifically on the behind the wheel activities of operating a commercial vehicle safely and covers topics in basic operations, safe operating procedures, advanced operating procedures and vehicle maintenance to pre-trip/air brake testing and the execution of all behind the wheel DMV-required skills.
